2. LandMor Solutions will contact you typically within hours to discuss your property and arrange a quick and convenient time to view your home.
3. Normally, within 24 hours, LandMor Solutions will present you with an offer for your home. Once again, you have no obligation to sell us your home. You decide to either accept or reject our offer.
4. When you accept our offer, we will write up a Purchase Agreement on your home and schedule to close (typically) on the date of YOUR choice. Our in-house Closing Coordinator will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure a convenient and stress-free closing.
